Aly Tooher manages grantmaking under the Children and Families program related to advancing our Public Benefits and Prevent Homelessness objectives.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Aly worked as the Director of Community Partnerships at the National Nurse-Led Care Consortium. As part of their role, Aly directed the Family Advocacy and Integrated Resources project that led a multidisciplinary team to connect families receiving maternal child health home visiting services to legal aid and emergency funding. Aly’s decade-long career in maternal child health has provided a comprehensive understanding of Philadelphia's resource landscape, the coalitions and collaborations that unify stakeholders, and the emerging trends and innovations in the field.

Aly holds a master’s degree in public health management and administration from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and bachelor’s degree in government and political affairs from Millersville University.
