Stephanie Waller
Stephanie Waller manages grantmaking under the Children and Families and Workforce Training and Services programs related to advancing our Teacher Preparation, Advocacy for Child-Serving Systems, and Workforce Training objectives.
Born in Philly and raised in Delaware County PA, Stephanie is passionate about supporting thriving communities in the region. Prior to joining the Foundation, she served as Director of Programs at Grantmakers for Education, a national membership organization for education philanthropy. Her other past experience includes compliance, engagement, and operations roles at the School District of Philadelphia Charter Schools Office; workforce and partnership development roles at YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School and Job Opportunity Investment Network; and educator effectiveness roles in Philadelphia and Washington DC.
Stephanie holds a Masters degree in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors degree in Public Policy from Duke University. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling, concerts, and trying new restaurants.
