Jennifer Stavrakos oversees the Children and Families program, which encompasses a $40 million annual grantmaking budget.
Prior to this role, she was a Senior Program Officer with a grantmaking portfolio focused on family engagement and advocacy. Before joining the William Penn Foundation, Jennifer was Director of Replication and Expansion for Public/Private Ventures working on home visiting and literacy programs both locally and nationally, and most recently was an Officer at the Pew Charitable Trusts overseeing grantmaking for children, youth and families in the Philadelphia region.
Jennifer earned a Master of Government Administration (MGA) from the Fels School of Government at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in English from Colgate University.
